Libya hunts down Qatar’s terrorists

Libyan authorities have delivered a serious hit to Qatar’s regime by issuing arrest warrants for 37 implicated in attacks on oil ports including Qatar’s Abdul-Hakim Belhadj and Ibrahim Al-Godran.

Al-Godran defected from the oil guard, influenced by Doha, and convened with Qatari officials to discuss funding worth 11 mil euros, He led militants to control strategic Libyan ports and called for establishing a federal region to sell oil away from the government.

Belhadj led the Qatari-funded Tripoli Revolutionaries in the civil war, Doha used him to intensify infighting between factions. He appeared on Al Jazeera to spread his ideas and Qatar gave him money and weapons to rule over Libya.
