Perez Berry family, owner of the palace exploited Tamim and drained him by doubling the deal to make the most of it, and agreed on their right to transfer the furniture and sell it by auction.

The little emir insisted on buying Granada palace, ignored Qatar's economic crisis and wasted €17 million despite the Qataris' suffering.

Analysts of real estate market criticized the Qatari extravagance and stressed that the palace’s price doesn’t exceed €4 million.
