Doha has organized an exhibition to review its stolen antiquities from the Syria. The theft operations were conducted in cooperation with militias of Al Nusra Front and Daesh, under the supervision of Al-Mayassa bint Hamad, Tamim’s sister.
The National Museum Of Qatar includes 100 rare pieces of Levantine cultural heritage dating back to the 9th century BC. The Doha gang smuggled them with the help of the terrorist militias in Syria to display them in Doha Museums.
Modern Diplomacy website published a report on Qatar’s looting of Syria’s heritage, confirming that Hamadein’s regime has developed a plan to exploit the chaos raised in the Arab region during the “Arab Spring”, "to smuggle history and fill its treasuries with stolen antiquities”.
The report said that Al-Mayassa bint Hamad was tasked with the suspicious antiquity purchasing campaign, pointing out that she financed the systematic looting with the help of the terrorist organization.
