Doha has rejected the list of demands presented by the four boycotting countries and asserted, through its Foreign Minister Muhammad Abdulrahman Al-Thani, that it fights terror. He was speaking at Chatham House in London. So when was Qatar against terror? What incidents uphold the statement above? No one knows. What we know, however, is that the Qatari administration has relations with almost all terror groups and organizations on this planet, even the ones that have conflicting ideologies and convictions. Doha has become a hub for terrorists and their leaders to collect money, assign tasks, and command militias.
The Qatari minister claimed Qatar enacted strict laws to stop funding of terrorists groups. How? The warmongering Yusuf Al-Qaradawi and his like are 24/7 on Al Jazeera spewing hatred and urging use of violence in forcing their Islamo-fascist political ideology on the region, putting the lives of civilians at risk.
Al-Thani also said that the boycotting countries want to make an enemy of Qatar. But Qatar is already the enemy of Arabs, because of its good relations with Iran and major terrorist organizations that endanger security in the region.
He claimed that Al Jazeera provides the big picture to audiences in Arab countries and that attempting to silence it is an attack on free speech. The Qatari administration wants us to believe that Bin Laden’s exclusive tapes, hosting Muslim Brothers to call for violence and murder in Egypt through Al Jazeera’s screen, and spewing hate directed at Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Bahrain is “free speech”. It’s funny actually because most of the organizations flying under Qatar’s wings, like the Muslim Brotherhood, are strictly against free speech.
Qatar is proud of its servile relationship with Iran and Turkey, according to its foreign minister. In a relationship between two influential states like Turkey and Iran and Qatar, it’s easy to infer that the dog, in this case, does wag the tail.
