Doha failed to achieve its malicious goals in the Horn of Africa, its project collapsed following the completion of the truce between Ethiopia and Eritrea, so it looked for an alternative to penetrate Africa and chose Somalia.

Farmajo revived Tamim's hopes of controlling national security when he appointed Qatar’s agent Fahd Yassin deputy intelligence director. Hamadein's mercenary increases Doha's penetration in Mogadishu and works on making Somalia Qatar's backyard in East Africa.

But opposition parties rejected the grave Qatari interference and exposed Yassin's dirty role in spreading chaos in the country. He has deaded Al-Jazeera office in Somalia and supports the Muslim Brotherhood.

Framajo appointed him director of the Presidential Palace in 2017 after receiving Hamadein’s instructions at a secret meeting in Turkey. He’s implicated in recruiting Somali officials to implement Qatar's plans.
