An arm of the Muslim Brotherhood-Qatari expansion in Europe. It was Established in March 1997 by the Brotherhood-controlled Union of Islamic Organisations and contains 32 members managed by the terror preacher Yusuf Al-Qaradawi.
The council contains all ideologies of the Muslim Brotherhood international organization aiming to sway Fatwas in Europe towards the Brotherhood’s creed. It supported Qaradawi’s fatwas in favor of terrorist acts and enriching extremism and adopts rhetorics that deepen conflicts between Muslim expat communities.
