Mohamed Yousef Othman Abdul-Salam is his real name, a Palestinian who fought with Al Qaeda in Afghanistan and Chechnya and later moved to Iraq where he allied with Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.
In 2012, he settled in Qatar and worked for Porsche. Doha used him as a middleman to support extremists logistically and financially, leading terrorists to nickname him “Al-Qatari”.
He blatantly called for targeting Shiite citizens in the Gulf and is the biggest funder of terror on the Syrian-Lebanese border.
Qatar employed him again in 2014 to establish Gond Al Aqsa militia in Syria. After that, he merged with Nusra Front to slay innocents and be designated a terrorist by the US.
He was slain in northern Syria in 2014.
