Tamim exploited the Muslim Brotherhood remnants to implement his dirty plots, used Osama Rushdi to assault and defame the Quartet. He was one of the leaders of Al-Jamaa Al-Islamia the before pledging allegiance to Ikhwan’s Supreme Guide.
