Having devastated Syria with terror, Hamadein began the process of turning it into a shiite state.  Qatar has spent billions on disintegrating the Arab state with Turkish-Iranian help while its loyalists lamented devastation in the Levant. 

Qatar’s UN representative Ali Al-Mansouri took part in a meeting on Syria and teared up while speaking about collapsed cities before contributing $1 bil to help capture war criminals of the Syrian war, blaming the responsibility of escaped warlords on the security council. 

But who are the war criminals? Al-Mansouri has accidentally called for trying his Doha masters because Hamadein’s regime is the prime cause of destruction in Syria alongside Bashar Al-Assad. 

Qatar has actively worked on arming chaos militias to kill innocents, Qatar’s former premier and political engineer Bin Jassim himself came clean about funding Nusra in a TV interview.
