Federalist projected 4000 dead workers because of violations.

It also condemned obfuscating rising deaths and said Qatar isolates workers in services-less camps. Spends billions of dollars on projects but ignores workers. 

The report also lashed at Fifa’s president for silence on Qatari violations and the delaying of the cup till winter to avoid Qatar’s heat, forgetting those who toil under a scorching sun.
