Saudi Royal Court Advisor, Saud al-Qahtani, revealed that the Qatari regime arrested 12 members of Al-Hawajir tribe after celebrating the flags and names of the leaders of the boycott on Qatar.
Al-Qahtani posted a video clip through his Twitter account that showed a tribal celebration. He said that Al-Hawajir tribe was in a traditional competition. They raised the flags of Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Bahrain and praised Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz in some songs.
Al-Qahtani said: "sons of Al Hamail in Qatar slapped Hamadein’s regime in the face where they raised the flags of all Gulf countries. Their were singing to King Salman and his faithful heir at a ceremony honoring one of the tribe, Sheikh Ghanem bin Saif Al Hajri, as he won in Mzayan Qatar."
He added in another tweet , "Sheikh Sultan Bin Suhaim Al Thani: the regime arrested 12 members of the tribe, I strongly warn this regime of the consequences of this irrational move."
Sheikh Sultan bin Suhaim , a member of the ruling family of Qatar, announced his opposition to Tamim's policy and joined the Qatari opposition, which includes other members of the ruling family, as well as tribal elders and elites of the small emirate.
